A New Project
Here's the beginning of a new project. Lately I've been selecting fabrics and finishing a new drawing while I'm quilting another project, so the next one is all ready to go. And working at least four hours a day in the studio. You can get a lot done if you put in four hours a day consistently.

It is amazing how much time and energy is taken up with the 'gearing up' process. I have found that regular working every day, even for small periods can eliminate that - and the result is more productive and satisfying work. I am intrigued to see what these fabrics and colours will become.
I think planning ahead for the next project is a great idea. I always finish something and collapse - what I need is something to jump in to.
